This is a great site for anyone who has had a blog for a while and is looking to make improvements. www.Bloggingtips.com has been running since early 2003 and is dedicated to everything blogging. A team of writers provide the majority of content with guest bloggers adding the rest.

When you look around and read some of the posts you’ll see that the focus is definitely on writing. This blog’s for writers who blog and bloggers looking to improve their penmanship.

If you’re looking for detailed technical advice this isn’t the site for you. Having said that, I read this post on Wibiya by Ryan Edmunds, a beta web based blog toolbar.

The writing is straightforward and clear making posts easy to read and understand, except for a couple of "writing technique" posts which were a bit too wordy for me.

It’s easy to sign up to their newsletter or RSS feed and the same box has useful stats showing numbers of readers.

Something that takes a few seconds to locate is the "categories, comments, recent and archives" box. It’s below the fold under the large ad block.

One thing that bugged me was that when I clicked on a post in "categories", the tab defaulted back to "recent". This didn’t happen when I viewed a post from the other drop down menus. Odd.

Hidden away in various parts of the blog are links to useful sites such as this one: http://www.twitterbackgrounds.com/ This site has a ton of good quality Twitter backgrounds. Hunt around and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what you’ll find.

I’ll be adding www.Bloggingtips.com to my list of resources, why not hop over, have a look and let me know what you think.
